… 3-4 おだんご / bun of rice cake


シェムリアップ州の州都シェムリアッブ。
とは言え､中心以外はド田舎だ。
そのド田舎の小学校が今日の俺たちの活動場所。

Siem Reap, the State Capital of Siem Reap State.
However, it is the deep countryside except for the center.
An elementary school in the deep countryside is activity location of us.


砂利道を牛車に乗って進んで行く。
のどかやなあ…と思ってたら、これはツアーコンダクター山田さんのサービスだった。
荷物を運ぶ牛車と時々すれ違うけど、人は運んでいない。
すれ違う人たち笑ってるし、嬉しいかどうか、微妙ですな。

We go a gravel road in the ox cart.
I thought that there was idyllic, but this was the service of tour conductor Yamada.
We often pass oxcart carring luggage, but they do not carry people. People we pass by is laughing.
It is subtle that whether we are happy or not.


四つ辻で牛･人ともに休憩に入る｡
結構揺れるので､乗ってる方も疲れるのだ｡
砂利道ながらここは交通の要所のようで､結構人が集まっている｡
そんな中、リヤカーの屋台の行列が目に止まった。

The cattle and we take a break together around a crossroads.
Because of shaking much, we who ride on him are also tired.
The road is a gravel road, but here is maybe the key point of traffic, so there are many people.
I focused on the people line of stalls carts.


初めは、かき氷屋さんかと思った。
かき氷削ってるから。
近付いてみて、おだんご屋さんだと分かった。
日本じゃ決して並ばへん男やけど､もちろん並んだ｡
だって、かき氷を使うおだんごやで！
ワクワクするぜ！。

I thought that it was shaved ice shop at first, because he was shaved shaved ice.

自分の番が近づき､おだんごの正体もだんだん見えてくる｡

「アオくん！あかんよ！氷は！」と、ナツミちゃんがやって来た。
「あたし最初の年、ジュースの氷でお腹壊して大変やってん
よ！」

My turn approaches, and then I am understanding detail of bun of rice cake.
He mixes yellow powder in shaved ice and wrap it by rice cake.
What is the yellow powder?
"Ao! Never eat ice!"
Said Natsumi coming up.
"In the first year, I had stomach ache because I drank juice with ice!"

「正直、今日の仕事は現場入りまで不安やったよ。」
夕食を兼ねた、夜の反省会。
俺､トップバッター。

"Actually, I was worried about today's mission until I came there."
I am top batter at evaluation meeting which include dinner.


「この国に笑顔はないて思ってた。
  作り笑いの子供たちに、どう接したらええんやろ、て。」

"I had never thought there is smile in this country.
  I said to myself. How should I connect to children who make smile forcibly?"


ナツミちゃんが口を尖らす。
「だから言うたやん。あたしは子供たちの笑顔を見に毎年自費で来てるんや、て。」
「うん。そうやな。ごめんな。」

Natsumi was sharpened her mouth.
"In fact, I said. I come here every year by my own expense to see their smile."
"Yeah. Now I understand. Sorry."


「乾電池工作教室と､そと遊びと､どっちが楽しかった?」
と、リーダーのハルさん。
「もちろん、そと遊び！」
と、割り込むナツミちゃん。
「君はずっと低学年の子らとそと遊びやったな。
  俺は教室かなあ｡
  あと、午後の施設見学も勉強になりました。」

"Which did you enjoy battery engineering class and outdoor play?"
said Captain Hal.
"Of course, outdoor play!"
Natumi interrupts.
"You were playing with younger grade children at all time.
  For me, class, maybe.
  By the way, facility tour in the afternoon is very good for me."


本当、びっくりした。
自然な笑顔の子供たち。
貧しくても、道脇に地雷が埋まってても、人は幸せになれる。

I was really surprised.
Children have natural smile.
Even if they are poor and land mines are buried on the road side, human can be happy.


見学した施設は、初老の日本人が設立し運営するものだった｡
戦争孤児を育て、教育や訓練を施し、就職の世話をする｡
小さい子から青年まで､陽気で穏やかだった｡
バレーボールにまぜてもらった。
人は幸せになれる。

The facility is started and operated by a little old Japanese.
They raise war orphans, give training and education, and take care of the job.
There are young people and small children, and they are cheerful and gently.
We enjoyed volleyball together.
human can be happy.


「ねえ、今日も夜の散歩に行くの？」
ホテルのロビーで解散したところ、ナツミちゃんに呼び止められ、ドキッ。
「知ってたの？」
「アオくんて、氷のお菓子食べたり、夜に独りで出歩いたり、困った人。」
ハルさんに言い付けるってか？
止めても無駄だぜ。

"Hey! Are you going to go a night walking also today?"
Just after dissolution in the lobby of the hotel, Natumi made me stop and be surprised.
"Did you know?"
"You are bad guy that you eat ice , etc.."

「心配やし、あたしも着いてく！」

はっきり言って、彼女は魅力的だ。
しかし、今夜は無理だ。
かなりディープな所まで行きたい。
「そんな訳で明日にしてくれ。
  ばっちり案内するし。」

カンボジア最後の夜にふさわしい場所、チェックしておく。」
「…それ…素敵…あ、いや、その…｡
  ま、今日は堪忍したるわ。」
ん？ひょっとして俺モテてる？
いやいや、太田青生35才独身彼女なし、調子に乗るな!

"Are you kidding?
  I said I was worried, but your proposal is opposite!"
"I will never do bad act.
  Please leave me alone tonight.
  I will check good place for last night in Cambodia."
"It's…romantic…No, I said nothing.
  I allow you today."
Oh? Maybe she loves me?
No, Aoi OOTA 35 years old single without steady, you must not be too much proud.


そんな訳で、ひとり､町の中心部に立つ。
カンボジアらしい趣を探したけど、見つからない。
仕方がない。
カンボジアとは無縁だけど、ジャズ演奏が漏れ聞こえるバーへ入る。

That's why I stand at center of the city.
I searched flavor of Cambodia, but I couldn't get it.
I have no choice.
I go to a Jazz live house though it's unrelated to Cambodia.


扉を開けた瞬間の気分は一言で言えば、「がっかり」だ。
でも、一歩足を踏み入れ、耳を開き、目をステージに向けた時、それは喜びと興奮に変わった。

In a nutshell, my mood just before I open the door is "disappointed".
But, when I opened my ears and eyes toward the stage, it turned into excitement and pleasure.


異文化の融合が、そこにあった。

The fusion of different cultures was there.


…3-7 夜のデート / Night Date


全てのミッションを終えた｡
最後の反省会で､食事も酒も控えめに済ました俺とナツミは、約束通り夜の町へ向かった。

We finished all mission.
Natsumi and I didn't get too much meal and alcohol in the last evaluation meeting, and then we went toward the night town as promised.


「ねえ、町まで歩くの？」
「中心部までは行かへん。途中にええ店あるねん。｣
一瞬､昨夜のジャズライブハウスを思い出した。
もう一回ナツミちゃんと行くのもいいなあ。
「中心部に行きたい？」

"Will we walk to the town?"
"We won't go to the center. A good small restaurant is along the street."
At that time, I remembered Jazz live house last night.
How happy if we would go there together.
"Do you wanna go to the center?"


昨夜。
文化の融合｡
クメール人（カンボジア人）女性ボーカルはジャズのビートを完璧に表現した。英語ネイティブ以外では初めて見た。
中国系のベーシストは5弦ベースを完璧に操っていた。
白人のキーボードとドラマーは凄いグルーヴとソロ。おまけにドラマーはタイの木笛でタイ伝統音楽を聴かせてくれた。

Yesterday night.
Fusion of cultures.
The Khmer female vocalist was expressing beat of jazz perfectly. It's my first time to see it with the exception of English native.
The Chinese Bassist was playing the 5-string bass perfectly.
The White keyboard player and drummer were making great groove and solo. In addition, the drummer played the traditional music of Thailand by a Thai whistle of wood or bamboo.


ここシェムリアップの語源は「タイをやっつけたぜ!」なんだけど。
今は昔｡
文化の融合。

Etymology of here Siem Reap is "We broke Thai!".
Let bygones be bygones.

いかにもギリギリの生活感・経営状況がありあり。

とかなんとか必死のオッサンに、
「俺達が送ろうか？わはは！」
「うるせえ！」
多分そんな感じだろな。ギャラリーとの応酬が愉快だった。

Dirty man and motorcycle, running out of gasoline on the way.
"No Problem! Gasoline stand is there!"
He was panic.
Gallery said in Khmer. Maybe,
"Shall we take him home? Har-har!"
I enjoyed.


駄目だ。
ナツミちゃんには駄目だ。
「・・中心部はさんざん行ったし､もうええやん。それにな。。。あ、着いた。」
中華料理屋。
「それにな､ここ、ジョニーのお奨めやねん。」
「え？」
「聞いてよ。酷い目に会ってん。あいつ昨日な、、、あ、中で話すよ。さあ入ろう。」

Bad．
It's bad for Natsumi.
"We went to the center so many times. And,,, oh! We arrived."
It's a small Chinese restaurant.
"And, Johnny recommended here."
"Eh?"
"Guess what? I had a bitter experience. Yesterday He,. 0h. I'll tell you about it later. Here we go!"

「突然背中に銃を突き付けられた。動くな！て。」
「ええーっ！」

"Suddenly someone held a gun to my back. He said. Freeze!"

店内で、俺は昨夜のとんだ出来事を話し始めた。
本気で焦った。
その後、本気で怒った。
ジョニーだったのだ。

In the restaurant, I started to talk about yesterday's happening.
I was surprised really.
Then I was angry really.
He was Johnny.


背中に突き付けたのは銃ではなく指。
財布ごと持ってけと言う俺に、この町のルール理解できてるね、て。
俺やなくても怒るわな。
バーで一杯おごらせたよ。

「で、その時に紹介してくれた店がここやねん。お！うわ､凄い！｣

登場した料理を見た俺たちは歓声を上げた。

「かき氷入りのお団子、覚えてる?
ポイントは、きな粉やってん。
あれ作れると思う。
是非食べてほしい。
日本戻っても会おうよ｡」

"Do you remember dumpling of shaved ice?
I think I can make it.
The point was soybean flour.
I crave that you eat my handmade dumpling of shaved ice.
Let's meet in Japan."


俺のカンボジア物語りはここまで。
この後どうなったかって？
さあね。
日本で兄弟勢揃いして、誰かが何か物語ると思う。
その時、夏実ちゃんも一緒にいたらいいね。

2-1 Africa


太田5兄弟の次男､太田秋風(あきかぜ→アカ)だ。
我が妻正子(まさこ)と息子正広(まさひろ)､そして俺の家族3人､向かうはアフリカ、タンザニア！
俺はフランスに行きたくて、正子はハワイへ行きたくて、いろいろ唸ってるうちにアフリカに落ち着いた。
サファリ行けるってんで、正広ご機嫌だ。

I am Akikaze OOTA (→AKA) of 2th elder of OOTA 5 brothers.
My wife Masako, my son Masahiro, and I three are going to Africa, Tanzania!
I wanted to go to France and Masako wanted to go to Hawaii, and we thought very much then we decided Africa.
Masahiro is happy because we go to safari.


決まってみれば、ビリー・ジョエルの歌で名高い美しい島ザンジバルや、小さな村でのホームステイ、打楽器教室など、どれも楽しみ！

After it was determined, we are looking forward to all about beautiful island Zanzibar famous song of Billy Joel, homestay in a small village, and percussion classes!


欲を言えば､いい音楽に会いたいな｡
俺もミュージシャンの端くれ。
行くからには現地の音楽に出会いたい｡
会えるとしたら、唯一の大都市、主都ダルエスサラームだろうか。

Speaking of greed, I want to meet good music.
I am small but one of musicians.
I want to meet the local music because now I go there.
If I would meet it, I wonder I meet it in the only big city, the capital city Dar es Salaam.


もうひとつ欲を言えば､｢人間｣と言うものについて学びたいな｡
アフリカの中でもタンザニアを選んだのは、そこが人類発祥の地だからなのだ。
きっと、人間性の大本と言うか、原型と言うか、そう言うものに出会えるような、そんな気がするのだ。
わくわくするぜ!

One more speaking of greed, I want to learn about something about "human".
We chose Tanzania among African because human was born there.
Surely, I can meet thing like root or prototype or somehow of human nature.

太田5兄弟の四男､太田緑(ミドリ)だ。
我が妻､昌美(まさみ)と2人､向かうはブラジル！
ブラジルを旅先に選んだのは、2人ともブラジルの音楽が好きなのと、俺がホサノバ歌いだから。

I am Midori OOTA (→Midori) of 4th elder of OOTA 5 brothers.
My wife Masami and I two are going to Brazil!
The reason of Brazil is because that we like Brazil music and I sing bossa nova.


勉強という意味でも、楽しみという意味でも、全日程リオデジャネイロにしたかった。
けど、そういう訳には行かんわな。

because of both study and fun, I have wanted to go to Rio in all schedule.
But I can't do that.


まず、町。
複数の友人の強烈な勧めを無視出来ず、バイーアを追加。
確かにバイーアも音楽で名高いけど、でもそんなのリオで十分やろ?

First, town.
I added Bahia because I can't ignore the strong recommendation of several friends.
Bahia is also famous for music certainly, but it's enough in Rio, isn't it?


町その2｡
昌美の友人の友人が会ってくれるということで､サンパウロを追加。
俺にしてみりゃ、面倒くせえ、てとこやけど。

The town 2.
We added Sao Paulo because a friend of a friend of Masami meet us.
I think almost troublesome.


自然派の昌美の希望、ジャングルと、パンタナール大湿原。
ま、いっしょに旅するわけやし、これはしゃあないな。

Request of naturalist Masami,
Jungle and Pantanal Conservation Area.
Yes, we travel together, so I have no dissatisfaction.


順番は、
サンパウロ→ジャングル→バンタナール大湿原→バイーア→リオ
だ。
もう今から最後のリオデジャネイロが楽しみ！

太田5兄弟の3男坊、太田青生（あおい→アオ）だ。
関西の各支部から集まったメンバー5人でカンボジアへ向かってるところだ｡
今回のミッションは極々簡単。

I am AOI 00TA (AO), third elder of 00TA 5 brothers.
We're on our way to Cambodia by four members who gathered from each branch of Kansai.
The mission is very easy.


1.提供した井戸の状況確認
2.小学校で乾電池工作教室&遊ぶ
3.古着を村で配る｡

1.check status of the well that provided
2.Battery engineering workshops in a elementary school & playing
3.We give away old clothes at a village.


あとは遺跡見学などで､気楽なものだ｡
でもなあ。。。
う一ん。。。
資料を読み返してて、途方にくれた。
ポル・ポト派の大虐殺。

In the rest time we enjoy ruins tour etc., so are comfortable.
But…
Oh!No!…
Genocide by Pol Pot Group.


「…教師、技術者、医師、踊り子、坊さん、など文化人を虐殺。
そのうち、頭が良さそうな人、ガイジン、なんかむかつく奴などを片っ端から虐殺。
こんな暗黒政治は4年間続き、人口800万人のカンボジアで150万人とも200万人とも言われる人々が殺された。…」

"…Teachers, engineers, doctors, dancers, monks, etc., at first they slaughtered culture people.
Then, people looks good brain, foreigners, people they hate, etc., they slaughtered all.
This dark political lasted four years, then 150 ~ 200 million people were killed in Cambodia 800 million people.…"

この国に笑顔はあるのか?

ここが俺たちの活動場所。
今、バブル真っ只中、とは、ツアーコンダクターの山田氏の弁。

その言葉の通り、町中はバイクタクシーが行きかい、大変な賑わいだ。
彼らは金を持っているわけではない。
多くの観光客が、最低1ドルは払ってくれる｡
だから､バカ高い中古ボロバイクを買って、バカ高いガス代を払っても、マシン・トラブルさえ起きなければ相当な儲けになる。
土地を買う金のない庶民たちの、一発逆転、伸るか反るかの大博打なのだ。

As the words, the town has many motorcycle taxis and it's very crowded.
They do not have the money.
Many tourists pay $1 minimum.
So, he pays much for old bike and gasoline but can get much money if machine trouble does not occur.
It's a long shot for the people with no money to buy the land.


「井戸が役に立ってるのを見て、それは素直に嬉しく思うし､アンコールワット見学も、いろいろ勉強になってよかった思うねん｡
でもね…」
初日のミッションを終え、カンボジア料理屋にて反省会。
少し酒が入って饒舌になってるのを感じながらも、止まらない。

"I saw the well has been useful and I feel happy honestly.
Angkor Wat tours is good because I learn many things from it.
But…"
Finished the first day mission, we have meeting at the Cambodian restaurant.
I know I talk too much because of liquor, but I can't stop.


「一般組合員へのリターンは？
井戸がカンボジアの人たちの役に立って、俺たちは勉強を積んで。
この活動は世の中の役に立つと思うよ、勉強も含めて。
でも、組合費使ってる訳ですやん。」

"How should we consider a return to general union members?
The well is useful to the people of Cambodia and we learn many things today.
I think this is useful for the world including study.
But, we are using union dues."


「私は気にならへんけどなあ。」
と、ナツミちゃん。
5人中唯一の一般組合員だ。
「うちの支部では詳しく報告してくれるし、興味があれば私みたいに自費で参加すればええやん｡」

"I don't care it."
Natsumi said.
She is a general union member only one of 5 members.
"In my branch they make report in detail.
If you want to join, you can join by your own expense like me."


「僕は同じようなこと思ってた。」
と、アキラくん。
「それとね、ボランティアどころか、こっちが勉強になるのに、執行委員だけなんて、もったいない。
一般組合員も参加してもらったらどうやろ。」

"I'm thinking the almost same thing."
Akira said.
"And I think that it's not just volunteer.
We can learn so many things.
We should not monopolize.
How about participation of general union members."


「それ、ステキ！」
と、フユミちゃん。
「ね。カンボジア・ボランティア・ツアーて名前、カンボジア・スタディ・ツアーに変えない？」

"It's, nice!"
Fuyumi said.
"Hey!
Don't change the name Cambodia Volunteer tour to Cambodia Study Tour?"


「いいねえ！」
と、リーダーのハルさん。
「名前、変えよう！
一般組合員の件も、いいねえ！
今年で5年、安全面も問題ないだろう｡
費用を全額出すのか、半額出すのか、そういう細かいことはまた検討するとして、とにかく実施しよう！」

"I like it!"
Hal leader said.
"Let's change the name!
It's also good about general union members!
This is 5th year.
Safety will be no problem.

We will do it anyway!"


よかった。
連中のことが一気に好きになったよ。
「仲間」て感じ。

3-3 Johnny


ジョニー。35才､独身｡
10代から世界を巡り､ここ数年はカンボジアに住んでいる。
ガイドを中心に何でもやる。
今回のは、何だ？
舞妓さんではないし､一応ガイドかな？

Johnny. 35 years old, single.
He has traveled the world since he was teenager, and live in Cambodia in recent years.
He is guide and does anything.
What is this today?
It's not a maiko, so I wonder if once guide?
It's not a maiko, so maybe it's guide, isn't it?


「ジョニー、ひとつ教えてくれ。」
本当は沢山聞きたいけど、酒も入ってるし、英語限界。
「町、危なくない？」
ジョニーの回答は、ユニークでかつ私にはとても役に立つものだった。

Really I want to hear a lot, but lhad iquor, so my English ability is limit.
"Isn't town dangerous?"
His answer was unique and very useful for me.


「町にはルールがある。
それを見つければ大丈夫だ。
例えばこの町には強盗はいても殺人鬼はいない。
いきなり殴りかかる強盗もいない。
ナイフや銃で金を脅し取る。
そしたら素直に渡せばよい。
それがこの町のルールだ。
ルールさえ守ればどの町も安全だ。」

"Every town has rule.
It's all right if you find it.
For example, this town has some robberies, but no killer.
No robbery hits suddenly.
They use a gun or knife and say give me money.
And then if you give them it, There's no problem.
That is the rule of this town.
Every town is safety even if you observe rules."


ホテルへ戻った後、少しだけ冒険。
町までの半分､20分ほど歩いて､ようやく目当ての屋台に到着｡
カンボジア名物、「孵化する前の卵」屋台だ。
どの店も地元の人で賑わってた、中でここがNo1の賑わいだった｡
出て来た物を見て､直ぐに人気の理由が分かった｡
特別だったのだ!

After back to the hotel, I had a little adventure.
I walk half to the town for about 20 minutes, then at last I find the stand.

その名物、土曜市！
いい天気で、広くて、賑やかで、歩いてるだけでも気持ちいい。

Here is Frankfurt.
As a specialty, Saturday Market!
In good weather, here is large and bustling, so I feel great just to walk.


ステーキのように見えるけど、安くて旨そう。肉ではないな。何やろ？
聞いてみると、じゃがいもだった。
じゃがいもを練って焼いたものに、アップルソースをかけて頂く。
メチャメチャ美味しい！
ドイツのじゃがいも料理、ホント奥が深い！

This looks like a steak, but It's cheap and looks like delicious. I don't think it's meet. What's it?
When I heard, it was potatoes.
She Kneaded potatoes and baked it and put applesauce, and then I ate it.
It is very, very delicious!
Potato Cuisine of Germany is really profound!


ミッション完了後、ここフランクフルトに移って3日目｡
アメリ力が中東で大規模な軍事作戦を行うという情報で、俺の会社含め世界中大騒ぎなのだ。
バイト代でプーケット旅行を予定してたアレックス。
「ツアーが中止になりそうだ！
おのれ！ブッシュめ！」
と叫んでたよ。笑顔でね。

After completing the mission, We moved here Frankfurt third days ago.
All over the world including our company is fuss by information that U.S. will force the big military operations in the Middle East.
Alex who had planned to travel in Phuket by part money shouted,
"Tour is going to be canceled!
His own! Bush!"
with smile.


そうそう、バイト君たちと過ごした最後の2日間､ベラボウに楽しかったよ！

Oh yeah, the last two days that I spent with thought guys were very fun!


その初日｡
｢チェース！｣
バイト上がりのバイト君に、
「チェース！」
と答える。
目が合うと「ビア？」と聞いてくる。
皆聞いてくれる。
いつもは断わる（待ってるわけないと思ってたんだ。）けど、この日は
「後で行くよ。」
と答えた。
そしたら屋上カフェテリア、凄いことになってたわ！

The first day.
"Chase!"
After his work time, a part guy said.
"Chase!"
I answered.
He ask me "Beer?" when our eyes meet, everybody, everyday.
I always refused it (I thought they would not wait.) but this day I replied "I'll come later."
And then I was surprised at the rooftop cafeteria!


音楽ガンガン！
ビール無料、飲み放題！
これはパーティーだ！
飲んで、踊って、話して、笑って！
毎日こんな騒ぎだったらしい。
どこのブースもそうだって。
こんなの当り前だって。
流石はビールの国！

Music pounding!
Free beer, all-you-can-drink!
This is a party!
Drinking, dancing, talking, laughing!
They said they had been such a fuss every day and every booth was same and this is natural.
Truly country of beer!


最終日は、本格的なパーティー！
各企業がそれぞれのブースで趣向を凝らしたパーティー！
うちらは、ショーの間も活躍してたダンサーたちが頑張ったよ！
うちらのが終わってしまった後は、バイト君たちの情報網が大活躍！
関係者以外も入れるパーティーをハシゴ。
ヤッホウ！
楽しかったあ！。
本当に素敵な連中だった。

The last day, the actual party!
Thought party was that each company devoted idea at each booth.
In our booth, dancers who were also active during the show were working hard!
After our booth party ended, guys' were outstanding!
We enjoyed continuously partys that we could enter though not members
Yes!
How fun! .
Really nice guys.

日曜日。
無事に帰国許可が出て、ドイツ最後の日だ。

Sunday.
Return allowed out safely, it's the last day of Germany.


キリスト教国ドイツ、ほとんどの店が閉まってて､大通りはひっそりしてるけど､俺の心はウキウキのボッカボカ。
ずっと探し求めていた音楽情報が､普通の新聞にあるのを見付けたのだ！

Most of all shops have closed and the main street is very quiet because Germany is Christian nation.
But my heart is hot and exhilarated.
I found music information that I had searched for a long time on a news paper!


目指すは、クラシック。
ヨーロッパに来て、クラシック聴かない、なして、ないでしょ！

My target is the Classic music.
It don't mean a thing if I listen to Classic here in Europe!


通りは店は閉まってるけど、露店は出てた。
めちゃめちゃ美味しいドイツ名物の白ワイン、たっぷり試飲が出来た上に、ボトル一本300円ぐらいだったので大感激！

Many shops of streets are closed but there are some street stalls.
Noted product of Germany, white whine is very delicious.
I was very delighted that I tried to taste a lot and a bottle is about 300Yen!


昼ごはん、マクドへ。
今日はあまり選択肢がないんだ。
ところが予想よりかなり、つまり日本より美味しくてびっくりした｡
パンに焦げ目が入ってる。
アレックスとの会話を思い出す。
「ドイツはパンもチーズもハムも美味しくて駅とかで売ってるサンドイッチ最高なのに、何でマクドがあるの？」
「分からない。僕は行かない。みんなどうかしてるよ。」
いやいや、ドイツのマクドは大したものだ。
世界共通レシピかと思ってたけど、違うのな。

Lunch at McDonald's.
Today, I have choices only a little.
But it's more delicious than what I expected, it means more delicious than Japanease one.
I remember Alex.
"In Germany, bread, ham and cheese are delicious, so sandwiches are very delicious around a station.
Why are there McDonald's?"
"I don't know why. I don't go there. They are crazy."
No, McDonald in Germany is big deal.
I had thought it is universal recipe, but I know it isn't.


新聞広げて夜のクラシック見学決めて、店を出た。
ドイツ最後の夜、極上の夜になりそうだ。

I read the newspaper and decided classic live of the night and then I left the store.
German last night looks to be the best night.

ところが夜を待つまでもなかったよ。
店を出て直ぐに極上のクラシックに出会えたのだ。
場所は、路上｡
ヨーロッパって、凄いな。

But I don't need wait for the night.
Soon after going out from the shop, I met a great Classic.
The place is on a street.
Europe is great, isn't it?


ポッチャリ目のチャーミングなお姉さんの、ひとりアカペラ｡
とても情感豊かな歌で､素晴らしいショーだった。

Solo a cappella of a little big pretty sister.
They were songs with very rich emotion.
It was a great show.


多い時は20人以上の通行人が立ち止まり拍手喝采！
少ない時は俺ひとりが、やっぱり拍手喝采！

Sometimes passers-by of more than 20 people stop and give many applauses!
Another time I alone give many applauses!


ある時、彼女はイタリア人のリクエストに応えてイタリア・オペラを歌った。
歌と言うより、あれは劇だ。
セリフ回しのような部分も、しんみり歌うところも、ドラマチックに歌い上げるところも､素晴らしい!
ブラボー！て､実際にイタリア人と俺､同時に叫んだよ。

In response to a request of Italian, she sang an Italian opera.
It's a drama rather than a song,
Moieties such as lines, sad song parts, and dramatic parts, all of them are great!
Bravo !
The Italian and I said at the same time actually.


ちなみに俺はクラシックは門外漢だ。
それでも本場の本物はこんなに楽しめる。
ますます夜が楽しみだ。

By the way, I'm a layman of Classic.
But I can enjoy genuine of local so much.
I'm looking forward to this night more and more.

地元のご機嫌クラシック・フルート集団「フルート・アンリミテッド」、凄かった！
音と体を波のように順に降ったり、ボディ・パーカッション使ったり。
クラシックって、こんなのあり！？
目から鱗、大興奮！


Good mood local classic flute group "Flute Unlimited", it was amazing!
They shook the body and sound in order like wave, and used body percussion and other many fantastic play.
I thought, "What is classic,? There's this!"
Eye-opening!
It excited me!


公民館のような素朴な建物で、スタッフも気さくで、舞台の雰囲気も手作り感満載で。
でも音楽は最高、ショーとしてのパフォーマンスも最高！
お客さんは若者から老人まで、地元の人間がまんべんなく集まってた。
その中に加わることができて、とっても嬉しかった。

The place is a rustic building like community centers, staff are helpful, and the atmosphere of the stage is in the hand-made feel full.
But their music is perfect, and their performance as show is also perfect,
From young people to old people, local people had gathered all over the audience.
Because I could participate in it, I was very happy.


結局戦争はなかったし、騒ぎのおかげで最高の経験が出来た。
ドイツの各町にあると言われるテアター。
これは、文化だ。
体験できて本当によかった！


There was no war after all.
I was able to get a great experience thanks to the commotion.
"Theater", it is said to be in each town of Germany.
It's a culture.
I'm happy to be able to experienceit!
